These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Cake Factory 24×7 and the services we provide. By accessing, viewing, or using this website, www.cakefactory24x7.com, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which are legally binding. Cake Factory 24×7 reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your participation as a customer constitutes your acceptance of this agreement. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the website. The website does not contain content, information, or links to third-party websites unless specified. Cake Factory 24×7 regularly reviews materials posted, products, and services offered on the website.

      Returns and Refund Policy

      If a product is defective upon delivery, we will replace it or issue a refund. However, no returns or refunds are allowed after the product (cake) has been checked and sent. Please contact us immediately if any issues arise at info@cakefactory24x7.com or call us at +91 7827719965 (08:00 AM – 11:30 PM, Monday-Sunday).

      Cake Factory 24×7 is not responsible for refunds in the following cases:

      • Incorrect delivery address provided by the sender.
      • Unsuccessful deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable or refusing the delivery.

      Refund Policy:

      • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
      • For online payments, refunds will be credited within 24 working hours and can take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account.
      • Offline refunds will be processed once the customer shares bank details and may take 7-10 working days.

      Payment Details

      Online Payments: You can place an order and make payments via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, PayPal, COD, and PAYTM. All major cards are accepted.

      Shipping & Delivery Policy


      • Flowers may be delivered in fully bloomed, semi-bloomed, or bud stage.
      • Orders for same-day standard delivery must be received 4 hours before the delivery time.
      • Orders for same-day midnight delivery must be placed 4 hours before the delivery time.
      • Orders for same-day designer cakes must be placed 6 hours before the delivery time.

      Delivery may be delayed due to:

      • Bad weather.
      • Political disruptions.
      • Other unforeseen circumstances.
      In such cases, we will keep you updated via email and SMS.

      Important Delivery Information

      • Perishable items like cakes and flowers are delivered only once. If delivery fails due to any of the reasons (wrong address, recipient unavailable, etc.), no re-delivery will be possible, and the order will be considered executed.
      • Proof of delivery will be provided in case of disputes. If no one is available at the address, we will try to contact the recipient for rescheduling.

      Special Delivery Policies


      Midnight Deliveries:

      Delivery will be made between 10:00 PM and 11:30 PM on the chosen date.

      Fix Time Deliveries:

      We cannot guarantee an exact time but will deliver within 30 minutes before or after the selected time.

      Delivery to Hospitals, Hotels, and Hostels:

      Provide the necessary details like the hospital or hotel name, address, phone number, and recipient information to ensure smooth delivery

      Delivery to Remote Locations

      We can only deliver in the cities mentioned and cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. Ensure that the recipient’s contact details are correct and reachable.
